AI Strategy & Implementation

Your team is probably already using AI, and every vendor in your inbox claims their product has it. The hard part isn’t access. It’s knowing where AI is worth it, what data it can touch, and how to explain your choices to an auditor, an examiner, or a client. I help you answer those questions, then build what makes sense.

What I do

  • AI opportunity assessment. I sit down with your team, find where time is being lost, and pick the two or three places AI can deliver measurable value, and the places it can’t.
  • AI policy and governance. A short, usable AI acceptable-use policy, plus the review process and audit trail you’ll need when an examiner, auditor, or client asks.
  • Vendor evaluation. I review the AI features your existing vendors are pitching, from core systems to practice-management and compliance software, and tell you which claims hold up.
  • Private and on-device AI. When client data can’t leave your walls, I design AI that runs locally. I’ve shipped a production app that runs its AI entirely on the device.
  • Custom AI integrations. Document classification, intelligent search, and automated reporting, built around your data and your workflow.

Who this is for

Community banks and credit unions, healthcare practices, CPA and tax firms, insurance agencies, law firms, and any business where client data comes with rules attached.

Why this matters now

The question isn’t “should we use AI?” It’s “where, how, and what do we tell our regulators, auditors, and clients?” Community banks have to answer that for their examiners. I bring the same rigor to every client.
